Re: SAP Screen Personas Logout error

Hi,

1. Goto transaction SICF.
2. Select the following filters and press execute.
3. Hierarchy Type - SERVICE
4. Service Path - /sap/public/bc/icf/logoff
5. Select "logoff" service, right click and activate service.

This should solve your issue.
