Thanks for the reply. As per you suggestion it works, but there is one more issue.

Once I enter the personnel no. and then I need to press "Enter" and then click on "Find" to get the name. I dont want to do like this, instead, once I enter personnel no. and click on "Find" need to get the name. Is it possible?
