Hello Burcu,
Do you get any notifications before the screen dissapears?
SAP Office Integration uses Microsoft#s OLE Technology. If there is any
limitation with Microsoft then the same will be cascaded to SAP. The
reported issue is a fundamental problem of OLE2.0 process management.
Simultaneous editing of Word documents is not possible as #Word# is not
a multi-client server. Though multiple Word documents can be displayed
in different windows, only one instance of the application is ever
started. You may cross verify this by opening the "Task Manager" when
multiple Word documents are opened. You see that only one
"WINWORD.EXE *32" exist for all of the Word documents open.
Sending several parallel requests to the same application may result in
malfunctions. This not only concerns work with MS Office applications in
connection with the SAP Desktop Office Integration but also simultaneous
work with several documents of same MS Office application in general.
Please refer to the following notes for more information:

(point 13)

As this is a known limitation of Microsoft technology used with SAP
Office Integration not much can be done. Nevertheless we suggest you to
use the following workaround for this issue.
- When two Word documents are opened in two different SAP GUI sessions,
while editing the Word document in one session, ensure that the Word
document opened in another session is in "Display" mode, and then edit
the document. Perform "Save" operation by clicking on
"Display <-> Change" icon rather than using "Save" icon. By Clicking
on "Display <-> Change" icon the Word document is saved and mode is
changed to "Display". Now when you try to edit and save the Word
document in another SAP GUI session the crash does not occur.
