This is not coming because your authorization for the user may not be correct.
As part of configuration, a client copy profile has to be done which will copy values from client 000 to the client you are using.
These values (shipped with personas) are the entries in Personas permissions,control id overwrite, etc.
If you do that, you will notice that there is a role called "Admin Role" which has the value -1.
For a start, assign that role to your user and then reload Personas.
Apart from that, you can anyways add role and name it accordingly and have its value as "-1".
And assign this role to the Personas user.
