I think there is something wrong in your system config. The SystemId should be the ID you see in the status bar when connected to this system using SAP GUI.

For my system it is B9F and, I think, in your case it should be CAM.

PS: Next time, please replace the real host name with http://hostname and not http://<hostname> because it messed up my XML viewer
