Vendor is not detected in inbound delivery

Hello,

We have a problem with the implementation of the stock transfer between location storage.

The problem is that the vendor is not detected when we create inbound delivery via VL31N, it works well if I entered manually the vendor in the partner function,

Do you have any idea about what can make this happen automatically?
